Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer regular shipping across Australia via Australia Post, with a flat rate of $15 for up to two products. A small charge will apply for each additional product. Since most of our products are made to order, we strive to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, during sale events and busy periods, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. Delivery to capital cities typically takes between 2-7 business days, while regional locations may take 5-10 business days.If you need your order sooner, please contact us to arrange an upgrade to express post. For international shipping inquiries, feel free to reach out for a personalised quote.

Returns

Please choose your purchase carefully, as we do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect decisions. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Bear Creative is not liable for any damage or loss once the item has been dispatched. All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and are wrapped and packed with the utmost care. Bear Creative is not responsible for any accidental damage (e.g., broken glasses, mouldy lids, etc.). We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our care instructions before purchasing.

Bear Creative will accept returns and offer exchanges only in the rare instance that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at bearcreative.au@gmail.com. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt.
